Refund policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.
RETURNS (All Returns must have prior approval before returning)
In order to be eligible for a store credit refund you must send an email to hello@shophenleyb.com with "RETURN APPROVAL" as the subject line within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Please provide us with your order number and the item name you would like to return. All returns should be sent to:

Returns will be processed within 3 business days from when they are received. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file.
PLEASE NOTE: If returning shoes please ensure they are returned in the shoe box they came in. The shoe box itself can not be used as the shipping container. Please wrap or package the shoe box in a mailer/box to protect it from damage during the shipping process.
REFUNDS
Returns mailed back to Henley B within 14 days of receiving the product will be eligible for a refund of store credit for the full amount.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include all DEAL OF THE DAY items, SALE items, and COUPON CODE OVER 20% items as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals and codes.
EXCHANGES
We apologize, we are unable to offer exchanges.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
- If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service team by email at info@shophenleyb.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
- If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return.
